Focus has arranged for the Association of Asthma Educators (AAE) to bring back their Becoming an Asthma Educator & Case Manager to the Focus Conference once again this year. This excellent six-hour course was totally "sold out" last year and was highly praised by all those who attended it. The couse uses didactic, demonstration and problem-based case study teaching methods presented by two of the nation's most renowned asthma educators and lecturers, Dr. Timothy Op’t Holt and Dr. Ben Francisco.

The program provides 6 CEUs approved for Respiratory Therapists and Nurses. The fee for this pre-conference workshop is $195 which includes materials, lunch and an afternoon refreshment break. This special program will be conducted Wednesday May 12th from 10:00am to 12:00pm, resuming after lunch from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. (the day before the regular conference begins).
