Dear Colleagues,
We're pleased that you have decided to register for the FOCUS Spring conference. An exciting conference is on tap; one that combines strong academia with lots of fun. In addition to the basic registration choices, and as you progress thru the registration process, please consider our optional pre-conference classes taking place on Wednesday, May 9th (the day before the regular FOCUS conference begins) and/or our optional Early-Bird Breakfast Workshops taking place the morning of May 10th. None of these interfere with the regular FOCUS conference agenda.
Additionally, take advantage of the fact that FOCUS is allowing all registered attendees to bring one significant-other (18 or older) to the conference, free of charge. The intent of this offer is for you to bring your wife, husband or partner to the conference to join you in attending lectures and functions that they may be interested in. No one under the age of 18 can be considered your significant-other however, due to insurance reasons. Thus, no children under the age of 18 will be allowed into any of the conference's functions. The one exception is our Grand Ol' Opry show where all family members of registered attendees and exhibitors are welcome, free of charge.
We are also asking all attendees to make an effort to bring a colleague who has never attended FOCUS as a registered attendee, this year. Those who bring a colleague will automatically be entered into a contest to win one of 5 Kindle Fire's that will be given away at the conference. You will see a place to input the name of that colleague (one colleague only) as you progress thru registration.
Finally, those claiming reduced-fee, student status registration cannot utilize this on-line registration system. They must instead, complete a hard-copy registration form available HERE, have it signed by their school program director and then mail it in by regular mail. Student registration is intended for full-time students in schools of respiratory care, sleep medicine or nursing who do not already work for salary within those professions and who are not already credentialed in those professions.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be granted until 5/1/12, only when notification is received either by e-mail or in writing to the Focus office (e-mail address: teresab@Foocus.com. Mailing address: 22 South Parsonage Street Rhinebeck, NY 12572). Due to nonrefundable financial commitments made to various vendors, no refunds will be granted after 5/1/12 for any reason. A processing fee of $75 will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are permitted. Upon completed registration you will be sent a confirmation. This confirmation will be made by e-mail only. If you do not personally have an e-mail address, submit the e-mail address of a colleague. If you do not receive a confirmation of your registration within 3 weeks of your submitting it, please call 800-661-5690. It is strongly advised that you bring your confirmation notice with you to the conference. Consider yourself not registered if you did not receive a confirmation notice. Call 800-661-5690 to resolve all issues pertaining to confirmation and all other registration issues.
