UPDATE # 1
Two lectures in the management track of lectures to be presented at the 2012 FOCUS conference in Las Vegas have been cancelled and replaced by two other lectures. The lectures entitled: "A New Toolkit For Quality Improvement" and "Managing Productivity, Costs and Thru-Put" by David Wheeler RRT, have been replaced by the following lectures: "Horizontal Violence – Are Members of Your Staff Creating a Hostile Work Environment" and "What Can a Designated Department Educator Do For Your Department" by Jerry Edens RRT M.Ed. The lecture "Horizontal Violence – Are Members of Your Staff Creating a Hostile Work Environment" will take place on Thursday, October 4th at 1:10pm and will be repeated at 2:25pm. The lecture, "What Can a Designated Department Educator Do For Your Department" will be presented on Friday morning October 5th at 7:30am and will be repeated at 8:40am.

UPDATE #2
The lecture "The Handoff - The Crucial Role of Shift Report" by Mary Jane Johnson MBA RRT, which was to be presented on Thursday, October 4th, will instead, be given on Friday afternoon, October 5th at 1pm and repeated at 2:10pm.
