Traveling by Car

Save money by driving to the conference. FOCUS attendees may self-park their cars at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel for only $10 per day. Make sure to tell the parking attendant that you are attending the Focus Conference to receive this reduced parking rate since the Gaylord’s normal daily parking rate is $18 per day. For GPS purposes, the address of the Gaylord Opryland Hotel is: 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN.

• Leave the airport complex and go west on Interstate 40
• Proceed to Exit 215 and take Briley Parkway - 155 North
• Go to and exit the parkway at Exit 12 (Opryland Hotel)
• Turn left off the exit ramp onto McGavock Pike
• Turn left at the first intersection into the Opryland Hotel complex

 

Using Interstate 40 West

• Go west on Interstate 40

In the past, numerous airlines offered group discounts for people traveling to conferences by air. In the last few years, however, most have stopped offering group discounts. Of the few remaining airlines that still offer discounts, Focus has found that the discounts are miniscule at best and that attendees almost always obtain better rates simply by shopping around and by reserving early. The airlines printed in red (below) are offering a discount to Focus attendees. To obtain the best rates shop around and reserve early.
