REGISTRATION BY MAIL

To register by mail, fill out a registration form which is available HERE. You will be sent to a screen that has the registration form in PDF format. If your computer has Adobe Acrobat Reader, you should have no problem printing out the registration form, which you can then complete and mail. If all else fails, call us toll-free at 1-800-661-5690. We will either e-mail, fax, or mail a registration form to you as you request.

Early registration with discounted fees ends May 1, 2012. Registration continues after that date and on-site, but higher fees will apply.
