HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

 

FOCUS has negotiated an outstanding hotel room rate for Nashville with the Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center, which is where the entire conference takes place. That rate is only $149/night, again, an excellent rate for this hotel, which usually commands rates of $189 per night and up. The hotel is also allowing up to quad occupancy for this same rate of $149/night and the daily resort fee of $18 per day has been completely waived for FOCUS attendees.  This resort fee provides numerous extras to our attendees that will make your stay even more enjoyable. The excellent room rate, the allowing of quad occupancy and the waiving of the daily resort fee all together saves significant money for families or friends rooming together. Traveling by Car

Save money by driving to the conference. FOCUS attendees may self-park their cars at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel for only $10 per day. Make sure to tell the parking gate attendant that you are attending the Focus Conference to receive this reduced parking rate since the Gaylord’s normal daily parking rate is $18 per day.

The San Diego International Airport has 26 airlines serving hundreds of markets and sees over 350 daily airport arrivals and departures. In the past, numerous airlines offered group discounts for people traveling to conferences by air. In the last year, however, most have stopped offering group discounts. Of the few remaining airlines that still offer discounts, Focus has found that the discounts are miniscule at best and that attendees almost always obtain less expensive rates simply by shopping around and by reserving early.
